What if i have to cancel a booking?

It happens! Sometimes, life gets into the way of what we want to do. As long as you cancel 6 hours before the start time of your class, your class will be added back to your class pass package. However, if you forget to cancel, your class will be charged to your class pass. You may cancel online or by calling the studio.

What should I wear?

There is no doubt that you will get hot and sweaty! So it is recommended to wear dri-fit clothing that is form fitting. Definitely wear something to control your mane as well. Don’t forget socks! You will need them to wear our shoes we provide for you to clip into your bike for your ride. Accidentally forget socks? No problem, we have socks available for you to purchase.

What is the check-in Process?

  • Early bird… gets the bike: Arrive early to change your shoes, set-up your bike, and to get situated. Allow 15 minutes prior to class for this process. Please let your instructor know if this is your first Ride, so they can coach you through your bike set up and key things you need to know before the class starts.

  • Picking Your Bike: First come, first serve on bike selection.

  • Personal Belongings: We have plenty of cubbies for you to store anything you need during your ride. However, these cubbies do not have a way to lock. Our trusty front desk staff will keep on eye on them, but for your peace of mind it is recommended to keep anything valuable locked away in your car.

what is your parking situation?

Our studio has plenty of free parking for you and your friends! There are spots both in the front of the building, as well as in the back. You are guaranteed a spot for every ride!

I’m new to spin, is there one-on-one coaching?

Yes! Our owner, Gina, is more than happy to meet with any new rider that would like to meet one-on-one for some coaching. Whether it be going over moves and positions, or just meeting to chat about anything and everything!
